BREADED PORK CHOPS 
4-6 center cut pork chops
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. Viva Italian shaker top dressing
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil to fill lg. skillet to 1/2 inch

In large skillet heat oil over medium high heat. Soak pork chops on both sides with Italian dressing, then bread thoroughly. Place in medium heated oil until edges turn light brown, then turn chops and cook on low for 15 minutes. Simmer about 30 minutes.
