ITALIAN BREADED PORK CHOPS 
4-6 pork chops
2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 tbsp. water
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
Onion powder

Sprinkle chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. In pie plate beat eggs and water until well mixed. In another pie plate, place bread crumbs. Dip chops into egg mixture and then into bread crumbs, coating both sides. Put on broiler pan and broil until done. Turning once. If you wish, chops may be baked on slightly greased pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 4 to 6.
