ITALIAN PORK CHOPS 
1 lg. Hunt's tomato sauce (can)
1 lg. whole tomatoes (can)
Oregano
Italian seasoning
Thyme
Basil
Parsley
Garlic (lots)
Onion (if you like)
Pepper
4 pork chops

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Mash or blend tomatoes with other seasonings. Mix all in big pot and simmer (forever). Dip 4 pork chops in egg, then in bread crumbs (whatever kind you like).

In a large skillet, brown the breaded chops in oil. Drain the oil and put a layer of sauce under the chops. Cover completely with sauce and let simmer for at least 1 hour. You can melt Mozzarella cheese over the top of each chop before taking it out of the skillet. Serve with spaghetti and salad. Yum, Yum!
