“CREAMY GARLIC AIOLI” IS IN:

CREAMY GARLIC AIOLI 
Delicious with raw or roasted veggies, crab cakes, fried or grilled shrimp, chicken wings or tenders, French fries, or on burgers or steak sandwiches.

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 cloves garlic, minced fine
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Carol - you are a life saver - once again. I spent two/three days trying to find something on line - that would be a basic sauce workable with a variety of foods. None had the basic ingredients that I love - or would work with so many foods. This is simple, has everything I keep on hand. Will prepare this evening.
