MOM'S STUFFED PEPPERS 
2 c. cut green beans
1/2 c. tomatoes
1 sm. onion, minced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. leftover meat
4 tsp. cheese
A little salt
Paprika

Mix the above ingredients well. Cut green peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. Fill the pepper cups with the mixture and sprinkle buttered crumbs over the tops. Place them in a shallow pan. Add enough boiling water to half cover the pepper and bake in 350 degree oven till tender.
