BROCCOLI CHEESE QUICHE 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen or 2 c. fresh broccoli
1 c. chopped onions
2/3 c. shredded non-fat cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs or 3/4 c. egg substitute
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 tsp. salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tsp. dried oregano or basil
2 tbsp. minced parsley
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Use 9" non-stick pan, Pam sprayed. If using frozen broccoli, defrost and drain well. If using fresh, use only the florets, broken up. Combine broccoli and onions, spread in bottom of pan. Arrange cheese on top. Combine remaining ingredients (except Parmesan cheese) in a blender, food processor or electric mixer and beat until smooth. Gently pour batter over the filling without dislodging it. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes. Serves 6. 185 calories each.
