MARINATED CHUCK ROAST 
3-4 lb. roast
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper (black)
2 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. meat tenderizer
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. soy sauce

Mix marinate, pierce meat with fork and soak meat in marinate for 3 hours, turning occasionally. Sprinkle lightly with meat tenderizer. Grill over coals until desired doneness.
