MARINATED ROAST 
5 oz. soy sauce
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash of garlic and/or onion powder
3 lb. (approximately) rump or chuck roast

Marinate overnight. Bake slowly 325 to 350 degrees in marinade 1 1/2 hours. Serve with pan drippings.
