EASY CHEESE BREAD 
2 1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
2 tsp. poppy seed
1 beaten egg
1 c. milk

Combine biscuit mix, cheese, and poppy seed. Add egg and milk; mix just to blend. Beat vigorously 1 minute. Turn into well-greased 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 loaf pan. Sprinkle with additional poppy seeds.

Bake 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan; cool on rack. Serve warm.
