EASY LIGHT BREAD | |
9 c. flour 1 1/2 c. milk 1 1/2 c. tap water 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 2 pkg. dry yeast 2 sticks butter Mix all dry ingredients together. Scald milk; cool with water. Melt butter. Add milk, water, and butter to dry ingredients. Cover and let set to raise about 1 hour. Make into loaves of bread or rolls; let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees in greased pans for approximately 50 minutes. |
