FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
8 oz. fettuccine, linguine or medium egg noodles
4 tbsp. (1/4 c.) butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. half and half
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook pasta just until tender, drain. In a heated serving dish, combine all the remaining ingredients. Add the hot drained pasta and carefully toss to coat well.

If desired, sprinkle pasta with freshly ground pepper and additional Parmesan cheese. Makes 2 main courses or 4 side dish servings.
