ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 can Hunts Manwich Sauce
Tortilla chips
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 c. water
2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Saute' ground beef, onions, and garlic salt in skillet until beef loses redness, drain off grease. Add seasoning, Manwich sauce and water. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes. Arrange alternate layers of Tortilla chips, meat sauce, and cheese (in that order), in a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
