2 pts. ripe strawberries
1/3 c. + 2 tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. Grand Marnier or Cointreau
1 orange
3/4 c. heavy cream

Remove stems from strawberries; rinse well and pat dry. Place strawberries in bowl with 1/3 cup sugar and Grand Marnier. Zest orange. Add this to strawberries and fold together. Cover bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve. Whip cream with 2 tablespoons sugar. Serve the cream with strawberries. Makes 8 servings.
