CHICKEN RICE CASSEROLE 
2 chicken breasts
1 (6 oz.) box long grain wild rice
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk OR 1/4 c. milk and 1/4 c. white wine

Bake chicken. Cook rice according to directions. In casserole, layer cut-up chicken, rice and mushrooms. Mix soup with milk and pour over casserole. Sprinkle top with grated Parmesan cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
