BIG BOY STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 (9") baked pie shell
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 c. water
Pinch salt
2 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 tsp. vanilla
1 qt. fresh strawberries
Whipped cream

Mix cornstarch, sugar, corn syrup, water, and salt in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add Jello and vanilla. Cool and add strawberries. Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve topped with whipped cream.
