STRAWBERRY - SOUR CREAM PIE 
Pastry for 1 (9-inch) pie
1 qt. ripe strawberries, cut in halves
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. flour
1 c. sour cream

Line pie pan with pastry; set in refrigerator until chilled. Turn strawberries into chilled pastry shell. Blend next three ingredients together; gradually add to sour cream, mixing well.

Spoon sour cream mixture over strawberries and sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Bake in a preheated 450°F oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake 30 minutes longer, or until topping is lightly browned. Remove to cooling rack. Cool.
