BARBECUE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 (14 oz.) bottle catsup
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. Liquid Smoke
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. celery seed
6 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Cook for 10 minutes. Serve with sliced brisket as a side compliment or pour over sliced brisket.
