EASY IRON SKILLET COBBLER 
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 (21 oz.) can pie filling (your choice; blackberry, peach, apple, cherry, etc.)
1/2 cup water

Set iron skillet on stove. Melt butter until starts to turn light brown.

In mixing bowl add Bisquick, sugar and milk. Mix well. Pour in skillet (do not stir).

Mix pie filling and water. Pour over top of dough in skillet (do not stir).

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
