PIZZA CASSEROLE 
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 onion, chopped
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce
4 oz. pepperoni, sliced
1 lb. lean ground beef
2 c. cooked macaroni
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large skillet heat oil. Add beef, onion, cook stirring with fork to break up meat until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain. Add cooked macaroni and spaghetti or pizza sauce. Stir to blend. In 2 quart casserole, layer noodle mixture alternately with cheese and pepperoni, ending with a layer of cheese. Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
