EASY PEACH KUCHEN 
1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1 (20 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
2 egg yolks

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into cake mix (dry) until it crumbles. Mix in coconut. Press into bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan, building up edges slightly. Bake 10 minutes. Arrange peach slices on the warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon an sprinkle on fruit. Blend sour cream and egg yolks and drizzle over peach slices. Bake 25 minutes or until edges are light brown. Serve warm.
