EASY PEACH KUCHEN | |
1/2 c. butter, melted 2 (9 oz.) cans peaches, drained 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. sour cream 1 pkg. yellow cake mix 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour butter into dry cake mix until crumbly. Pat mixture into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan, building up slight edges. Bake 10 minutes (it will look raw). Arrange peaches on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon; pour over peaches. Blend sour cream and egg; drizzle over peaches. (The sour cream mixture will not cover all of the peaches.) Bake 25 minutes or until edges are slightly brown. Serves 12. |
