Pat evenly into 9"x13" pan. Build up sides. Sprinkle flour over dough so whole bottom is covered with a thin layer. Peel and slice peaches. Arrange peaches neatly on the bottom of the pan (in neat rows). Sprinkle sugar and cornstarch evenly over peaches. Then pour 1 to 1 1/2 cups half and half over peaches. Sprinkle top with cinnamon. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Then turn down to 350 degrees and bake 3/4 to 1 hour, until custard is firm. Serve with vanilla ice cream. It's delicious the next day too.
