1 box white cake mix (without pudding in mix) 1/2 c. toasted flaked coconut 1/2 c. butter 29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained 2 tbsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 c. sour cream 1 slightly beaten egg Combine mix and coconut, cut in butter. Lightly press in bottom of 9"x13" pan and about 1/2" up sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange peaches on top. Combine sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on peaches. Blend sour cream and egg and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 10 minutes, until sour cream is set. |
