1/2 c. butter
1 yellow cake mix

Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly and pat into 9 x 13 pan, ungreased. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Put 2 1/2 cups sliced apples on top of crust.

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Sprinkle over apples.

1 c. sour cream
1 beaten egg

Drizzle over apples. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Can also use peaches and a white cake mix.
