CARROT - APPLE - PEACH MARMALADE 
1 pt. diced carrots
1 c. diced peaches
3 c. sugar
1 pt. diced tart apples
Juice of 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients and boil rapidly until mixture is clear. Cool partially and pour into sterile jars and seal. Makes about 2 1/2 pints.
