PIT BARBECUE SAUCE | |
2 c. catsup 1 c. butter 1 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp. hot sauce 4 oz. Worcestershire sauce 2 large onions, grated fine 1 1/2 garlic cloves, diced 1 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. pepper 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ground cloves Mix all ingredients in a pan. Bring to a slow boil, stirring often. Cook about 3 hours until thick. Can be used for pork, chicken and ribs. |
