1 pt. vinegar (white)
1/2 bottle Worcestershire
1/2 stick butter
1/2 (10 oz.) bottle Heinz 57
1 oz. lemon juice
2 tsp. mustard or Dijon
salt and pepper to taste
Texas Pete hot sauce to taste

Mix all ingredients together and cook until warm. Good on chicken, beef and pork!
