KING RICHARD'S FAIRE CORN DOGS 
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 cup biscuit mix
2 tablespoons yellow corn meal
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1 lb. hot dogs (with casings)
oil for deep frying
popcorn salt for season

Heat deep fat to 375°F.

Blend egg and milk. Stir in dry ingredients.

Dip hot dogs into batter and fry in hot oil for about 2 to 3 minutes.

Drain on paper towels and season with popcorn salt while still hot.
