LAYERED BEAN DIP 
2 cans refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Tortilla chips
1 can green chilies
2 avocado, peeled
1 (16 oz.) taco sauce
3 c. shredded lettuce
Olives, sliced

Mix refried beans, chilies, taco seasoning; spread on 12-inch platter. Blend avocados, lemon juice, 1/2 cup taco sauce, until smooth. Spread on top of bean mixture. Spread sour cream on avocado mixture, top with shredded lettuce, cheese, taco sauce and olives. Serve with chips. Serves 10-12.
