LAYERED BEAN DIP 
31 oz. refried beans
1 env. taco seasoning mix
2 ripe avocados, peeled & pitted
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) jar taco sauce
1 1/2 c. sour cream
3 c. shredded lettuce
Cheddar cheese
Black olives
Tortilla chips

In medium bowl, mix together beans and taco seasoning. Spread on round serving plate. Blend avocados, lemon juice and 1/2 cup taco sauce until smooth. Spread on top of bean mixture. Spread sour cream on top of avocado mixture. Top with shredded lettuce, cheese, taco sauce and olives. Serve with chips. Serves 10 to 12.
