MEXICAN LAYERED BEAN DIP 
2 cans jalapeno bean dip
3 avocados
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 bunch chopped green onions
2 tomatoes
1 sm. can olives, sliced
8 oz. grated cheese

Spread bean dip in desired pan. Mash avocados with lemon juice and spread over bean dip. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning. Spread over avocados. Sprinkle on chopped green onions. Place chopped tomatoes evenly over mixture. Arrange olives on top of tomatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top.
