MY POT ROAST | |
3 lb. roast 3 med. size onions 4 carrots 4 celery sticks 4 med. potatoes 1/2 head fresh garlic, chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash original blend 1 can beef broth 1/2 c. corn oil Cut into roast and stick garlic into it. Brown roast in 1/2 cup corn oil. Pour beef broth in and add remaining ingredients except carrots and potatoes. Add them last hour of cooking time. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 hours or until roast is tender. |
