SCALLOPED CORN 
2 (12 oz.) cans Niblets corn
2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. rolled cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Drain canned corn and mix well into eggs, milk, salt and cracker crumbs. Pour into baking dish and dot with butter. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
