“WARM SPINACH SALAD SIDE” IS IN:

WARM SPINACH SALAD SIDE 
This is tasty, low carb, and healthy!

2 bags fresh spinach
1/2 small red onion
1 Roma tomato
1 container chopped feta cheese crumbles
splash of Caesar dressing
bacon bits

Dump spinach into large microwave safe bowl. Cook on high one minute, remove stir, and repeat.

Chop onion into small pieces, chop tomato into small chunks, spritz with a quick squirt of Caesar dressing. Add to the warm spinach.

After mixing tomato, dressing, and onion into the spinach, transfer to oven safe dish, tray, or individual casserole bowls. Top with feta crumbles (and bacon bits if desired).

Keep warm in the oven until you are ready to serve the meal. I usually keep the temperature between 200°F and 250°F.

Note: Bacon is optional. Diced ham or chicken works too (leftovers - cooked already obviously) if you are looking to add a splash of protein to your warm spinach salad.

Serves 4.
