CANTONESE SPINACH SALAD 
Salad:

2 bunches spinach, washed and trimmed
1 can drained bean sprouts
1 can drained sliced water chestnuts
2-3 sliced cooked eggs
4-5 strips cooked bacon, crumbled

Dressing:

1 c. oil
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 chunked sweet onion (small)
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper

Blend all dressing ingredients well in a blender. Toss salad ingredients with dressing just before serving.

I made this last night. It was phenomenal. My husband and I just wanted to keep eating more and more of it, it was absolutely addicting. I cut the amount of dressing in half, but if I had more spinach, I would make more. I used Peruvian sweet onions from Costco, fresh bean sprouts, and thick cut bacon.
