CHILE CON QUESO 
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into chunks
1 (10 oz.) can "Rotel" tomatoes, drained and cut
(found in Mexican food section)
1 (15 oz.) can chili, without beans

In microwave, melt cheese with tomatoes; stirring during the melting process. Add chili. Serve with tortillia corn chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
