CHILI CON QUESO 
3 lb. pkg. American cheese
6-8 jalapeno peppers in oil
1/2 onion
1 can pimentos
Milk

Grate cheese and onion. Chop peppers and pimentos and add to cheese. Melt in top of double boiler adding milk to make desired consistency. Serve over fried puffy tortilla or serve in a chafing dish.
