CHILE CON QUESO 
1 lb. cheddar cheese (med.)
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes, cut up or 3-5 tomatoes
1-2 c. green chilies, chopped
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
2-4 tbsp. chili powder

Cut cheeses into cubes. Put all other ingredients on top of cheeses in 3 1/2 quart casserole dish. Put in oven at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Stir occasionally. Makes a lot.
