Grapefruit juice, unsweetened, mixed with 2 oz. water. 40 calories.

10:45 A.M.:

Almond milk
12 whole almonds (or 1/2 oz.) blanched
1/3 medium-sized ripe banana
3/4 c. water
4 ice cubes
Dash of vanilla
Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and liquefy in blender. Serve 6 ounces ice cold over ice. Makes 2 servings. 52 calories.

1:00 P.M.:

Gazpacho
1 med. tomato, peeled & diced
1/4 lg. cucumber, peeled & chopped
1/4 lg. green pepper, seeded
1 slice onion
2 sprigs parsley

Combine all ingredients and liquefy in blender. Makes 6 ounces or more. 42 calories.

3:45 P.M.:

Pineapple - cucumber juice
3 oz. cucumber, peeled
1 oz. fresh pineapple
2 sprigs parsley
2 oz. apple juice

Combine all ingredients and liquefy in blender. Makes 6 ounces. 43 calories.

6:00 P.M.:

Almond milk See above recipe. The yield is sufficient for both servings of almond milk. 51 calories.
1/2 oz. raw sunflower seeds
3 or 4 raw pine nuts

Mix sunflower seeds with 3 or 4 raw pine nuts and serve with each of 3 drinks. Calories: 59.

7:00 P.M.: Carrot-apple juice:

2 oz. apple juice
2 oz. carrot juice
1/2 apple, peeled

Combine all ingredients and liquefy in blender. Makes 6 ounces. Calories: 57.

Calories total for the day: 462.
