Makes 2 servings. 52 calories. 1:00 P.M.: Gazpacho 1 med. tomato, peeled & diced 1/4 lg. cucumber, peeled & chopped 1/4 lg. green pepper, seeded 1 slice onion 2 sprigs parsley Combine all ingredients and liquefy in blender.
