HEAVENLY ANGEL BISCUITS 
1 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. oil
5 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
3 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar

Soften yeast in warm water. Add oil and buttermilk. Sift dry ingredients and fold in liquids. Beat until smooth.

Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter. Place on greased baking sheets and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees. This dough makes a good base for pecan or cinnamon rolls. You may use just what you need for a meal and refrigerate the rest for the next time.
