APPLE - YAM YUMS 
2 red. delicious apples (sliced with skins on)
1/3 c. pecans, chopped
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 (17 oz.) cans yams
1/4 c. butter
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together, toss sliced apples and pecans in brown sugar mixture. Put drained yams in 2 quart casserole. Add apples, nuts and sugar mixture and arrange in with yams. Dot with butter.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Put marshmallows on top and return to oven until melted and browned or put under broiler for quick melting and browning. A Thanksgiving Day Favorite.
