MOLDED GARDEN CHEESE SALAD 
1 env. gelatin, unflavored
1 lg. carton cottage cheese
1/3 c. zucchini, thinly sliced
1/4 c. radishes, thinly slices
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. carrots, shredded
Lettuce leaves
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped

Sprinkle gelatin over water to soften. Stir over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Cool in medium bowl. Combine all ingredients except lettuce. Turn into lightly oiled 3 cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto lettuce leaves. Makes 6 servings.
