PINEAPPLE - CHEESE MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 (1 lb. 4 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Dissolve gelatin in water. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. I use only about 1/4 cup mayonnaise.
