LEMON-PINEAPPLE CHEESE MOLD 
1 pkg. lemon Dzerta
1 c. diet lemon-lime soda
1 c. evaporated skim milk
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lg. can unsweetened crushed pineapple
6 oz. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. pineapple juice

Dissolve gelatin in soda and bring to boil. Stir in remaining ingredients and pour into Pam-sprayed mold. Chill until firm.
