PINEAPPLE-COTTAGE CHEESE MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tsp. salt
2 c. boiling water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Pineapple syrup & water to make 1 c.
2 c. lg. curd creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
2/3 c. chopped ripe olives
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

1. Empty gelatin into a bowl with lemon peel and salt. Add boiling water and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Blend in pineapple syrup. Chill until slightly thickened; stir occasionally.

2. Mix in, in order, the pineapple and remaining ingredients. Turn into a 2 quart fancy mold. Chill until firm.

3. Unmold onto a chilled serving plate. Garnish with additional ripe olives and salad greens. 8 to 10 servings.
