BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 slices of bread
1 lb. pork sausage
6 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut bread slices into quarters; place in greased 9x13 baking dish. Brown sausage in skillet; drain. Layer over bread. Beat eggs with milk in bowl. Add cheese, dry mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over layers. Chill covered, overnight. Place in cold oven and set temperature to 350 degrees. Bake 35 minutes. Serves 8.
