TATER DIPPED CHICKEN 
Cut up fryer
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. water
1 c. Pillsbury Mashed potato flakes
1/4 c. butter
Salt and pepper

Dip chicken in egg and water. Season to taste. Roll in dry flakes. Melt butter in baking pan. Place skin side up. Bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour, turn once. Use potato flakes, granules won't do.
