BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
3 beaten eggs
1 pt. sm. curd cottage cheese
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 stick butter
1/4 lb. Velveeta, cubed

Cook and drain frozen broccoli. Mix eggs, cottage cheese, flour and add to broccoli. Pour into casserole dish. Add sliced butter and cubed Velveeta to mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes, uncovered.
