1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed potato
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
2 hard cooked eggs
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
salt and pepper

Combine beef, crumbs and 1 beaten egg with salt and spread on waxed paper in a 14 x 8 pan. Set aside. Combine potatoes, hard boiled eggs (chopped up), salad dressing, cheese, celery and onion. Mix lightly. Season to taste. Spread over meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll. Chill, then slice in 6 slices. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Dressing:
1 c. Miracle Whip
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. green onion (chopped)

Combine ingredients in saucepan and heat over low heat. Serve over meat and potato roll.
