1 dozen corn tortillas (or use leftover enchiladas) 1 can El Pato sauce Jack cheese Oil 4 eggs Salt Put oil to heat, when it is warm enough, add the tortillas already cut in small pieces, or soon as they are soft enough (about 4 minutes) add the eggs mixing it with the tortillas then add about half of the can of El Pato sauce. Mix it all good, turn the fire off then add the cheese in small pieces, cover pan so the cheese melts. It is all ready to eat. Add salt to taste after it is cooked because sometimes the cheese is salty enough (A very good snack. Enjoy it!) |
